"Some things I love, some things made me sigh"
I get a little excited shopping on Credo Beauty because they have so many cleaner beauty brands I don’t always see in other places. It feels fun to browse, and the site is easy to figure out. My order showed up packed nicely too, so that part made me happy.
That said, I went from pleased to a bit annoyed quickly. The prices are definitely on the higher side, and shipping felt slower than I expected for what I paid. One item also ended up being out of stock after I’d already added it, which was frustrating. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just kind of a mixed one

"Really easy to find what I needed"
I found everything quickly, which made me feel a lot less frustrated than I usually do when shopping online. The site just felt simple and easy to use, so I had a good experience overall.

"Backorder took a bit longer than I thought"
One of the items in my order ended up being on backorder, that wasn’t really clear to me at first. I did hear back from support, so that was good, but the updates were slow in between. I got everything eventually, so it worked out, but yeah, it was a little frustrating.

I’d heard this store was good about helping people out, and my visit just confirmed that. The staff was super chill, got to me quickly, and helped me find what I needed without making it a whole thing.

I was able to check out without any major issues, but it wasn’t exactly smooth... the page felt a little slow, and I ended up double-checking my shipping info twice just to be safe. Not a huge deal, but yeah, kind of annoying!

I’ve ordered from Credo Beauty a few times now and I’ve been really happy with everything. The whole process is super easy, from browsing to checking out, and my orders have arrived without any issues. The products always feel fresh, with no strange smells or signs of old stock, and the skincare I’ve tried has worked well for my sensitive skin. The packaging has been good too. It’s not the cheapest place to shop, but I do feel like the quality makes it worth it.

The prices seemed fair from the start, and my gut feeling was that nothing shady was going on. Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird extra charges popping up at the end. Overall, I was happy with it.

My order showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. That said, the packaging was just okay, the box was a little squished, and one of the items had some loose wrapping around it. Luckily, nothing was damaged, so that was a relief, but I do think beauty products should be packed a bit more securely.

My order showed up with everything I chose, which felt like a small win. No weird substitutions, no missing items, and the shades and sizes were exactly what I had put in my cart. From how neatly it all matched, I’m guessing someone actually took the time to check it instead of just rushing through.
I also appreciated that the receipt lined up with everything too, so it was really easy to double-check. It’s such a basic thing, but online orders don’t always go that smoothly, so I was genuinely happy that this one was just correct.

"Wasn’t expecting the shade help to be that accurate"
I wasn’t too sure the shade matching thing would work, but I figured I’d try it anyway. I sent over a quick photo and mentioned what I usually use, and the support team got back to me quickly. Surprisingly, the shade they picked was a much better match than what I probably would’ve chosen on my own. I’m still a little shocked it worked out that well, but I’m really happy with it

The info was helpful overall, but some details felt not quite right, if that makes sense. It’s kind of hard to describe, but it just didn’t feel totally complete or accurate in a few spots.

I had a question about my order and wasn’t thrilled that I had to reach out in the first place, but their customer service got back to me quickly. The person was really nice and helped get it sorted without turning it into some huge hassle, which I appreciated...

I had to return one item i was bracing myself for the usual nonsense because returns can be such a pain for no reason. But this one was actually smooth. They sent the label quickly, I shipped it back, and the refund showed up a few days later. No endless emails, no weird hoops to jump through, no back-and-forth asking me the same thing five different ways. that alone made me appreciate it.

One of the bottles leaked a bit in the box, which was annoying, but support got back to me really fast. They basically said, "Sorry about that, we’ll send a replacement out," and that was it. Super easy and the replacement showed up without any hassle

My order showed up in about four days, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole time. I do wish the packing had been a little neater, just because it’s nice when things arrive looking like someone took a bit of care with them. Overall though, smooth experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong shade, and I felt a little rushed when I placed the order, so I wasn’t too surprised I messed it up.
I was worried the exchange would turn into a whole thing, but customer service replied quickly and told me exactly what to do. The return label was simple to use, and once they got my item back, they sent out the new one without any fuss.
It took a few days, which was totally reasonable, and everything worked out fine. I was really relieved it was this easy, especially since I didn’t have a lot of time to deal with it.
